Mr Irving is currently CFO of Automotive Holding Group (AHG).
“Adam has a strong background in finance with previous roles in a diversified range of industry sectors including automotive, property and banking,” said Mr Robertson.

“Mr Irving will formally commence with Perron Group in late September 2019.
“At the same time, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Richard Hicks to General Manager Governance, Taxation and Risk. Mr Hicks has served within the Perron Group for 23 years, most recently as Financial Controller. His new role includes appointment as Group Company Secretary.
