Sale of 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney
Perron Group has announced the sale of its interest in 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, on August 9.
Perron Group, together with co-owner and property manager Dexus Property Group, has exchanged contracts with Charter Hall and Abacus to sell the 38-storey office tower for $630 million. The transaction of Perron Group’s 50% interest will be complete in November 2019.
Managing Director and CEO, Ross Robertson said Perron and Dexus had added substantial value to the property by securing approval for a state-significant development on the site, comprising hotel and luxury residential space.
Mr Robertson also acknowledges the efforts of the Perron and Dexus property teams in achieving the excellent sale outcome.
