The very best of the Western Australian property industry came together for the Property Council's 2019 WA Property Awards held at the Westin Hotel Perth on Friday 9th September.

The Perron Group owned shopping centre, The Square Mirrabooka took home the highly coveted Shopping Centre of the Year award along with the Little Guns: Excellence in Management award.

The WA Property Awards celebrate the achievements of the Western Australian property industry, recognising innovative marketing contributions and management excellence within the retail and commercial Sectors of Western Australia.

Other Perron Group properties also receiving awards were Belmont Forum, Cockburn Gateway and Central Park for Marketing Excellence and Management Excellence. The Central Park WeWork deal was awarded best premium leasing deal.

Perron Group Managing Director Ross Robertson paid tribute to all those responsible for the outstanding results.

“Well done to everyone involved, particularly Perron Group Head of Property Investment - Andrew Byars, Senior Asset Manager - Graeme Glass, Asset Manager - Alwin Bax and the JLL management team,” he said.

Last year, the Perron Group owned Cockburn Gateway Shopping City took home the top prize, winning the MCS Services Retail Shopping Centre of the Year Award along with the Large Retail Awards for Excellence in Marketing and Excellence in Management.
