CORPORATE PURPOSE

Perron Group houses an investment and business portfolio built over a lifetime by its Founder, Stan Perron AC.

While operating as a conventional commercial entity on a day-to-day basis, since the passing of Stan Perron in 2018, the Group exists for the benefit of the Perron family and notably as a permanent endowment for the Stan Perron Charitable Foundation.

As set down in terms of a Memorandum of Wishes by Stan Perron before his death, the Board and Management Team were instructed to put in place arrangements whereby each year, in perpetuity, a significant portion of annual profits can be made available to the Foundation for its philanthropic activity as requested.

The Stan Perron Charitable Foundation is overseen by a Board of Directors chaired by Elizabeth Perron AM. The Foundation Directors are charged with ensuring funds are distributed to charitable causes, medical research and not-for-profit organisations consistent with guidelines set down by Mr Perron.
