Property

Property has been a cornerstone of Perron Group’s investment activities since the 1960s and continues to contribute a substantial proportion of Group revenue.

The portfolio includes major shopping centres across Australia, as well as commercial property and land development.

Across its retail and commercial assets, Perron Group applies an active, long-term approach to asset management, with a strong focus on quality, functionality and ongoing relevance.

Retail Property

Perron Group was a pioneer investor in large retail developments from the 1970s and today holds substantial interests in 10 major shopping centres across Australia.

All retail assets are held as 50 per cent joint ventures with experienced co-investors who are responsible for centre management. Across the portfolio, centres typically feature major anchor tenants, including national supermarket and department store chains, alongside mini-majors, franchised retailers and independent operators.

Reflecting changing customer expectations, Perron Group has partnered in redevelopment projects that enhance shopping centres by introducing vibrant fresh food, dining and entertainment precincts.

Commercial Property

In addition to its retail portfolio, Perron Group holds significant interests in commercial property, including 50 per cent joint-venture ownership of Central Park in Perth’s CBD.

Central Park is a premium-grade office tower with prominent frontages to St Georges Terrace and Hay Street. The building incorporates high-quality office accommodation, extensive tenant and public car parking, conference facilities, a gymnasium, a spacious lobby and forecourt, and street-level retail tenancies.

The Group also holds interests in other categories of commercial real estate, including industrial assets.

Land Developments

Perron Group has a long history in suburban and regional land development, delivering significant residential estates over many decades. Each project is guided by thoughtful planning, long-term value creation and a commitment to building well-designed communities that respond to local needs.

Consistent with the approach applied across the Group’s broader property portfolio, current projects comprise a mix of direct ownership and joint-venture partnerships.

The land development portfolio includes:

  • Residential estates with lots currently under sale

  • Projects in pre-development, planning and approvals stages

  • Land held for future development

At present, Perron Group has active residential developments in Western Australia, supported by ongoing oversight of planning, development and sales activities to ensure quality outcomes for future residents and communities.
