Us
Perron Group is a privately held Australian business group built over a lifetime by founder, Stan Perron AC (1922–2018).
Today, the Group has interests in property, Toyota vehicle distribution, listed equities, private equity, infrastructure assets and mining royalties. Guided by Stan Perron's values and vision, Perron Group operates as a permanent endowment supporting the work of the Stan Perron Charitable Foundation.
Corporate Purpose

Following the passing of its founder in 2018, Perron Group was structured to operate as a permanent endowment supporting the work of the Stan Perron Charitable Foundation.
In a Memorandum of Wishes, Stan Perron asked the Board and management team to operate and grow the business so it could continue providing long-term support for the Foundation.
Today, the Stan Perron Charitable Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Directors chaired by Elizabeth Perron AM. The Board distributes funds to charitable causes, health research and not-for-profit organisations in accordance with the Foundation’s giving guidelines and Stan Perron’s wishes.

Perron Group manages a diversified portfolio of businesses, assets and investments. Together, these activities span a range of sectors and asset classes, providing diversification across economic cycles and supporting Perron Group’s long-term performance.
Toyota WA
Established in 1963, Toyota WA is a long-standing operating business of Perron Group and the exclusive wholesale distributor of Toyota vehicles and Toyota Genuine Parts and Accessories in Western Australia.
Property
An institutional-grade property portfolio spanning 10 retail shopping centres, commercial assets — including a 50 per cent joint-venture interest in Central Park Tower in Perth’s CBD — and suburban and regional land developments in Western Australia.
Investments and Royalties
A diversified portfolio comprising listed equities, private equity and infrastructure investments, complemented by an enduring stream of iron ore royalty income originating from a historic agreement established by Stan Perron in the 1960s.
