Richard Goyder AO
Perron Group Limited — Non-Executive Chair

Mr Richard Goyder was appointed Non-Executive Chair of Perron Group Limited in March 2025.

He had a distinguished executive career at Wesfarmers from 1993 to 2017, serving as Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2017. During this period, he led the company through significant growth and diversification, including the acquisition of Coles Group.

Following his tenure at Wesfarmers, Mr Goyder transitioned into a prominent career in corporate governance. He has served as Chair of a number of major Australian organisations, including Qantas Airways, Woodside Petroleum, the AFL Commission, Channel 7 Telethon Trust and the West Australian Symphony Orchestra. He also chaired the Australian B20 in 2013, an advisory body to the G20.

In recognition of his service to business and the community, Mr Goyder was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) in 2013.

Adam Irving
Perron Group Limited — Executive Director
Toyota WA — Executive Director

Mr Adam Irving was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Perron Group Limited in July 2022.

He joined Perron Group in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer, following senior leadership roles at Automotive Holdings Group, where he served as Head of Business Development and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Irving began his career with Ernst & Young before relocating to London, where he held executive roles with Jones Lang LaSalle and GE Commercial Finance. After returning to Australia in 2008, he worked with Westpac Institutional Bank prior to joining AHG.

He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and serves as an Executive Director on the Board of Toyota WA.

Elizabeth Perron AM
Perron Group Limited — Non-Executive Director
Stan Perron Charitable Foundation — Executive Chair
Toyota WA — Chair

Ms Elizabeth Perron was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Perron Group Limited in 1996 and, following the passing of her father, Stan Perron AC, in 2018, became the Family Director in accordance with the company constitution.

She brings extensive experience in the commercial property industry, including roles in commercial leasing, retail property management and marketing.

Ms Perron was appointed to the Board of the Stan Perron Charitable Foundation in 2014, working closely with her father to support the Foundation’s governance and operations. Following his passing, she was appointed Executive Chair and now oversees the Foundation’s strategic direction and operations. She has served as Chair of Toyota WA since 2018 and is a member of Perron Group’s Audit & Risk Committee and People & Culture Committee.

Ms Perron was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2024 for significant service to the charitable sector and the community, particularly through her leadership of the Stan Perron Charitable Foundation.

Ross Robertson
Perron Group Limited — Non-Executive Director
Stan Perron Charitable Foundation — Non-Executive Director

Mr Ross Robertson was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Perron Group Limited following a long executive career with the Group.

He joined Perron Group in 1981 as an accountant and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 1995, a role he held until 2019. In 2011, he became Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Perron Group Limited, and in 2018 was appointed Managing Director. He retired from executive management in June 2022.

Mr Robertson now serves as a Non-Executive Director of Perron Group Limited and is a member of the Investment Committee. He was appointed to the Board of the Stan Perron Charitable Foundation in December 2018.

He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Steven Carulli
Perron Group Limited — Non-Executive Director
Stan Perron Charitable Foundation — Non-Executive Director

Mr Steven Carulli was appointed to the Board of Perron Group Limited in 2010.

He has more than 35 years’ experience in commercial property and was formerly Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle (WA) and a member of the JLL Australian Executive.

Mr Carulli is a member of the Audit & Risk Committee. He is a past Chair of the WA Building Services Board, co-founder of two nationally based IT firms, and a current Board member of the Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation. He was appointed to the Board of the Stan Perron Charitable Foundation in April 2001.

Paul Larsen
Perron Group Limited — Non-Executive Director

Mr Paul Larsen was appointed to the Board of Perron Group Limited in January 2021.

He has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate, commercial and operational roles across ASX-listed companies, private enterprises and not-for-profit organisations. His expertise spans strategy, capital allocation, investment management, infrastructure, private equity, information technology and innovation.

Mr Larsen previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Arc Infrastructure for more than 12 years. He is Chair of Perron Group’s People & Culture Committee and a member of the Audit & Risk Committee.

He is a Certified Practising Accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ken Marshman
Perron Group Limited — Non-Executive Director

Mr Ken Marshman was appointed to the Board of Perron Group Limited in July 2024.

He has more than 35 years’ experience in institutional investment across listed and unlisted organisations, including 13 years as Chief Executive Officer of JANA Investment Advisers. He brings deep expertise in investment governance and asset allocation to the Group.

Mr Marshman is a member of Perron Group’s Investment Committee and People and Culture Committee.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Corporate Treasurers and Leadership Victoria.

Vicki Robinson
Perron Group Limited — Non-Executive Director

Ms Vicki Robinson was appointed to the Board of Perron Group Limited in August 2025.

She has more than 20 years’ experience in senior executive, legal and commercial management roles within the Wesfarmers Group. She served as Company Secretary of Wesfarmers Limited and several Wesfarmers Group subsidiary companies from March 2020 to October 2023 and was a member of the Wesfarmers Leadership Team.

Ms Robinson has extensive experience as a non-executive director across a range of industries. She is currently a Director of RACWA Holdings Pty Ltd, RAC Finance Ltd and St Ives Group Pty Ltd and Chair of Perron Group’s Audit & Risk Committee.

She holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

 

Senior Executives


Adam Irving
Chief Executive Officer

Adam Irving was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Perron Group in July 2022, following three years as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer.

He brings experience across the property, banking and automotive sectors and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Automotive Holdings Group.

Adam’s earlier career includes roles with Ernst & Young, Jones Lang LaSalle, GE Commercial Finance and Westpac Institutional Bank.

He is an Executive Director on the Boards of Perron Group Limited and Toyota WA and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Michael Verkuylen
Chief Financial Officer

Michael Verkuylen is responsible for the Group’s financial management, including reporting, statutory compliance, debt management and budgeting.

He joined Perron Group in July 2022, having previously held Chief Financial Officer roles at BNK Bank and KeyStart.

Michael is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Richard Hicks
General Manager, Governance, Taxation and Risk / Company Secretary

Richard Hicks is responsible for Group governance, taxation, risk management and company secretarial functions.

He has been employed at Perron Group since 1996 and brings deep organisational knowledge and continuity to the business.

Richard is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Andrew Byars
General Manager, Property Investments

Andrew Byars is responsible for the asset management, acquisition and disposal activities of the Group’s property investment portfolio.

He has more than 30 years’ experience in the retail property sector and is a Director of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia and the Property Education Foundation of Western Australia.

Andrew joined Perron Group in 2009.

Graeme Glass
Senior Asset Manager

Graeme Glass is responsible for the asset management and development of a portfolio of retail and commercial property assets across Australia.

He has more than 25 years’ experience in the property industry, including senior asset management roles with ISPT and ING.

Graeme joined Perron Group in 2012.

Lyle Kenny
General Manager, Land Development

Lyle Kenny is responsible for the Group’s land subdivision and residential development portfolio.

He has been employed at Perron Group since 2005 and brings extensive experience in the planning and delivery of land development projects across Western Australia.

Alwin Bax
Senior Manager, Unlisted Investments

Alwin Bax was appointed Senior Manager, Unlisted Investments in 2023, having previously served as an Asset Manager at Perron Group from when he commenced employment in 2012.

He is responsible for the management and development of the Group’s unlisted investment portfolio, including infrastructure and private equity.

Prior to joining Perron Group, Alwin held property management roles with Knight Frank.

Mark Lauren
Managing Director, Toyota WA Vehicle Distribution

Mark Lauren is responsible for the wholesale distribution, sales, marketing and franchise operations of Toyota vehicles across Western Australia.

He joined Perron Group in 1993 and has held senior leadership roles within the Toyota WA business for more than three decades.

Gary Nettle
Executive Director, Toyota WA Parts Distribution

Gary Nettle is responsible for the wholesale distribution business supplying Toyota Genuine Parts and Accessories to the Toyota WA dealer network.

Before joining Perron Group in 2007, Gary spent 18 years with Toyota Australia in a range of senior management roles.
