Toyota WA
Toyota WA is a key operating business of Perron Group, serving as the wholesale distributor of Toyota vehicles and Toyota Genuine Parts and Accessories in Western Australia for more than 60 years.
Established in 1963, Toyota WA supports a statewide dealer network that extends from metropolitan Perth to regional and remote communities — from Albany in the south to Broome in the far north — playing a central role in maintaining Toyota’s presence and performance across the State.
Property
Property is a cornerstone of Perron Group’s investment activities. The Group holds a diversified portfolio of real estate assets, most significantly retail shopping centres across Australia, together with commercial property interests and land development projects in Western Australia.
Investments and Royalties
Perron Group’s Investments and Royalties portfolio comprises a mix of listed equities, private equity, and both direct and indirect interests in infrastructure assets. Together, these investments provide exposure across industries, geographies and investment horizons, supporting portfolio balance and resilience over the long term.
The Group also benefits from an ongoing flow of iron ore royalties from mining operations in Western Australia’s Pilbara region, arising from a historic prospecting agreement entered into by Stan Perron in 1959 with pioneering entrepreneurs Lang Hancock and Peter Wright.
