LAND DEVELOPMENT

Perron Group has a long history of suburban and regional land developments, with the Group’s heritage in developing significant subdivisions stretching back many decades.

Consistent with the model applied in the retail and commercial property divisions, Perron Group’s current suite of projects is a mix of direct ownership and joint venture partnerships.

The current portfolio of land subdivisions is comprised of projects already developed, with sales of lots underway, as well as those subdivisions in the pre-development approvals and planning stages. Five active residential developments are in Western Australia, and one is in Queensland. There are three further developments in land bank.

VASSE

Located near Busselton and on the edge of the Margaret River Wine district in Western Australia, Vasse is a residential development centred around Vasse Village, a retail and services hub catering for the local residents and the tourist trade. More development will occur in years to come, and the residential stages will continue as demand determines.

The estate will comprise over 1,500 lots when fully developed. Perron Developments Pty Ltd owns 50%, with the remaining 50% owned by Stawell Pty Ltd.


THE EDGE BALDIVIS

The Edge in Baldivis is located in the southern corridor of the Perth metropolitan area close to major transport infrastructure. Perron Developments Pty Ltd owns 100% of the estate, comprising 368 lots with final lots under contract.


LAKE TREEBY (SOUTH)

Lake Treeby is a 62-ha site located on Armadale Road, 3km from Cockburn Gateway. The estate is centred around a picturesque lake and will comprise over 600 lots upon completion. Lake Treeby South is 100% Perron Developments Pty Ltd owned, and development and sales are underway.


WITCHCLIFFE ECOVILLAGE

Located 10km south of Margaret River, the Witchcliffe Ecovillage is a world-leading residential development based on the vision of creating a highly sustainable, self-reliant regional community.

On completion, the Ecovillage community will produce as much energy as it consumes, be self-sufficient in water and integrate with the local environment while generating ongoing economic and social opportunities for the area.

The estate comprises 362 residential and commercial lots and is fully constructed. Perron Developments Pty Ltd owns a 50% interest in this project.


COCKBURN ROAD

A residential site held on Cockburn Road in Perth’s southern beach corridor now rezoned for high density residential use.

The land is elevated with excellent views across Cockburn Sound to Garden Island. Perron Developments Pty Ltd owns a 50% interest in this project.


SKYRIDGE (FORMERLY - PACIFIC VIEW ESTATE)

SkyRidge is the largest land development in Perron Group’s portfolio and, on completion, will comprise up to 3500 residential sites and a village centre, providing a community for many thousands of Gold Coast families. Development and sales are underway.

SkyRidge is located in the central Gold Coast suburb of Worongary, 20 minutes west of Broadbeach. This masterplan community occupies 342 hectares of land overlooking the spectacular Gold Coast skyline and the hinterland.

Perron Developments Pty Ltd has a 50% joint venture interest in this estate via direct land ownership and a development management agreement.


PEET BRABHAM

This 221-ha site is opposite Whiteman Park in the growth corridor of Brabham, 20km north-east of Perth.

Perron Developments Pty Ltd has a joint interest in this land with Peet Ltd and Development WA. The estate will comprise over 2,500 lots. Development and sales are underway.


SOUTH BEACH

A 3.38ha residential site held on Cockburn Road in Perth’s southern beach corridor now rezoned for high-density residential use.

The land is elevated with excellent views across Cockburn Sound to Garden Island. Perron Developments Pty Ltd owns a 50% interest in this project.


OSWAL BALDIVIS NORTH

Located on Baldivis Road, in the southern suburb of Baldivis, this land is currently awaiting development with the capacity in time to produce approximately 850 lots.


Lake Treeby (North)

This 64-ha site adjoining the Lake Treeby (South) development in Perth’s southern corridor is an attractive precinct for families with its relatively close proximity to Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, the Fiona Stanley Health Campus, educational facilities and the nearby rail link into the CBD.

Perron Developments Pty Ltd has an interest in this estate via a development management agreement.
